There are two possible causes:

2. "How long does withdrawal usually take?"
Mostly, withdrawal funds will be sent instantly, but in some cases (security check, Insufficient hot wallet balance, etc), withdrawal request might be delayed for up to 48 hours.
If the withdrawal operation is successful and you do not receive it for more than 48 hours. please contact support via intercom, we will reply to you as soon as possible.
3. "Are there any requirements?"
Please ensure the following for a successful withdrawal. According to our Terms and Conditions:
5.9 You need to make a min. deposit of 10 USDT or other currency equivalents before you can make a withdrawal from any winnings you may receive.
5.10 In order to make a withdrawal, a player must wager at least 5x the deposit amount.
