When you reach our customer service regarding a sports issue or inquire, most of the time they will ask you for the “bet id”.

On your transactions page, select the filter “sports bet”.

You’ll see on your transaction history all the bets that you have placed. The “game id” is the same “bet id”. You need to copy that number and then paste it on the customer service chat.

If you click on the number you’ll find the bet information, as you can see in the following image:
