Unlike the "Betslip", "My Bets" is a dedicated section located at the top of the sports page (next to "Home", "Live", and "Favourites").
Select Currency: You must first select the specific cryptocurrency you used for your bets to see the results.
Status Filter: You can filter your wagers by: "All", "Open", "Won", "Lost", "Cashed Out", "Cancelled", or "Refund".
Time Filter: On the right side, you can narrow your search by: "Today", "For Week", "For Month", "Recent Bets", or a "Custom" range.

How to Locate Your Bet ID (Game ID)
When contacting customer support regarding a specific Sports or eSports issue, you will be asked for your Bet ID (also known as Game ID). You can find it by following these steps:
Navigate to the "Transactions Page", and for the "Type" filter select "Sports Bet" or "Esports Bet".
Locate the specific wager in your history. The Game ID number displayed there is your Bet ID.
Click on the ID number to view full transaction details, which you can then share with our support team.
